Authenticity, Shipping, & Return Policy

AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE

Every item sold by Murder Archive is third party & in house authenticated before it's listed, no exceptions. Each piece is inspected against brand-specific construction, hardware, and tagging details.

CONDITION

We grade every piece honestly on a 1-10 scale in its listing, and note any flaws, repairs, or signs of wear in the product description and photos.

Our condition scale:

10 = New - Deadstock or new with tags. Unworn, no flaws.

8/9 = Near Perfect - Light personal wear at most. No flaws that affect look or function.

6/7 = Worn - Visible signs of regular wear (fading, creasing, small marks). Fully intact and wearable.

Every score reflects the actual item you're buying, not a stock photo standard - we photograph flaws directly so a listing's grade always means the same thing.

SHIPPING

Orders ship within 1-2 business days of purchase via UPS.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

We ship within the U.S. and internationally.

International orders may be subject to additional transit time, customs fees, and import duties, which are the buyer's responsibility.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To start a return, email help@murderarchive.store with your order number and photos of the item.

Items must be returned in their original condition. New items with tags must be returned with tags still attached and unworn.

Return shipping is paid by the buyer.

Refunds are issued as store credit only (not to your original payment method), minus the original shipping cost.

Due to the one-of-one nature of most pieces, all returns are charged a 15% stocking fee. The rest is refunded as credit.
